RICHIESTA DI PRENOTAZIONE PER LA PARTECIPAZIONE IN LOCO
RESERVATION FORM FOR ONSITE PARTICIPATION

Le sarà inviata una conferma di partecipazione all'email da lei indicata.
Saranno accettate richieste di prenotazione fino al raggiungimento della capienza massima dell'aula.
Al suo arrivo verrà controllato il suo Certificato EU-Digital Covid (Green Pass) e le verrà misurata la temperatura. Le verrà inoltre chiesto di compilare e firmare un'autocertificazione relativa al Covid-19.

A confirmation to the onsite participation will be sent to your email.
Entrance will be allowed up to the maximum capacity of the room
Upon your arrival your EU-Digital Covid Certificate (Green Pass) will be checked and your temperature measured. You will also be asked to fill out and sign a self-certification  related to your situation on Covid-19.
