The purpose of this survey is to help our district determine accurate counts of meals to prepare.

- This FREE meal program is open to any child who is aged 18 & under, and are not required to be a BPS student.  
- Parents may pick up the meal for their child.
- All information is confidential.

If your child attends Discovery Kids, that child is not eligible for this program as they already receive this program in house.  However, the other children in your household that do not attend Discovery Kids are eligible.

Parents have two options to choose from for our program this year:
    Option 1:  The child may come in person to eat at the Northside Elementary Cafeteria.  
                          Meal Times:  Breakfast 7:30-8:30 am      Lunch 11 am to 12 pm
                          Meal Dates: June 4 to August 27, 2021
    Option 2:   Parents can pickup meal packs for their children who are in their household.
                           Pick up site:   Northside Elementary  School - East side of the building - door #10
                           Pick up time:       7-8 am and 11 am to 1 pm
                           Pick up dates: June 9 to August 25, 2021 on Wednesdays
    Parents can choose only one option for their family.
