POSITION SUMMARY
*  Position is 6-10 hours/week. Days/times to be determined.  Facilities office hours are 8:00 am-4:00 pm.
*  This position is for the 20-21 academic year.  
*  Pay rate is $10.50.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include assisting with data entry into Facilities Management database, filing, assisting with answering phones and walk-in visitor's.  This position requires using Microsoft Office Suite.  
QUALIFICATIONS
*   Model Royal Care service to students, faculty, staff and outside vendors that we serve.
*   Background in any of the following:  computer skills and customer service.
*   Accuracy and attention to detail.
*   Able to handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
*   Ability to work and remain on task.
