ABRHS Student Help Desk Request 2023-2024
NOTE: Tickets for the Help Desk will be monitored Monday-Thursday from 9:30AM-1:30PM and Friday from 9:30AM-12:30PM on days when school is in session.

Students: Please fill out this form to receive technical help for issues you may be having with a Chromebook or a digital tool.  *Please note if you are filling out this form for an issue with a Chromebook or digital tool, you should have already notified the teacher of the issue, asked them for help with the problem and determined that your teacher was unable to help solve the problem*.

When submitting a request, students should input their AB schools email unless their AB Schools account is not accessible due to a password issue. Please provide very specific details about the problem(s) you are having and answer all the questions in the form. You will receive a confirmation once the form has been submitted. If the help desk is closed when you submit this request, please plan to drop your device off as soon as the help desk reopens. 

If needed you will be given a loaner Chromebook while yours is repaired. You will be contacted via your AB schools email when it is time to return your loaner and pick up your original Chromebook.  It is important to quickly return your loaner once your device is repaired so that we can maintain loaner inventory for other students in need.   If you do not return your loaner within the requested time frame, your loaner device will be disabled which may result in a temporary loss of access to technology.

If you need emergency help with your Chromebook and the help desk is closed, please visit the library which can provide you a Chromebook to use for the day until you are able to bring your Chromebook to the help desk during open hours.
