NAChRDB is a database of nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) residue-level functional annotations. In devolping NAChRDB, we aim not only to provide an intuitive and fast access to relevant structural-functional data on nAChRs, but also facilitate its interpretation by integrating the residue-level annotations with interactive and highly responsive visualization of sequence and 3D structure. Our goal is to create a convenient yet powerful, easy-to-use yet useful tool for the researchers in the fields of nAChRs and ion channels to help them in their investigations.
