Students will only be assigned to the bus serving their home address as confirmed at the school site.  Students are to ride only the bus they are assigned to and will not be allowed to ride alternate buses home with friends.

Please complete a separate form for each student.  Only complete a form if the bus will be your child's primary transportation to or from school.  Students that do not ride the bus for 3 consequtive without notice to the Transportation department will be removed from the bus route.

Bus stop and time information will be emailed when students are assigned to a route.  Adding a student to a route typically takes 3-5 days.
