After twelve years at Doubleday Canada, Kiara Kent is currently an Executive Editor with Knopf Canada. Kiara is a champion of propulsive, daring literary fiction that prizes depth of feeling and dynamic storytelling, as well as voice-driven, perspective-shifting narrative non-fiction. Bunmi Adeoye
With more than twenty years of working with global CPG, lifestyle, and arts and culture brands – and currently working as the Senior Vice President, National Lead, Consumer and Technology for Proof Strategies – Bunmi Adeoye is a public relations, marketing, and communications expert. Bunmi has developed integrated brand campaigns that made major impacts and delivered tangible results, including Campbell’s, Lego, Union Station, LCBO, Swarovski, Netflix, TikTok, and L’Oreal. She is a co-founder of Code Black Communicator Network, which is dedicated to the advancement of Black integrated communications professionals, and was a 2023 recipient of The Globe and Mail’s Best Executive Award.
