Hello Cavaliers!

We are so very excited to have you join our CMS family next school year!  

As a sixth grade student, you will take the following courses:
Language Arts 6
Mathematics 6
Social Studies 6 (US History pt2)
Science 6

Sixth graders also rotate through all of our elective options using a 9 week rotation.  These include:
Art
Music
Career Explorations
Agriculture
Keyboarding
PE (18 weeks total)
Library Research

Sixth grade students also have the option to take Band as a year-long course.  Band takes the place of 4 electives listed above.  If you would like to submit an application for band, please complete this form in addition to this registration form (https://forms.gle/EZqb5Av5eEHbvKQ3A).

If possible next school year, we plan to offer both a Reading and a Math Lab for students that have struggled in these areas.  There is a place on this registration form to indicate if you would like your student to be evaluated for these programs.  

If at any point completing the form a section does not apply to your family - please place NA in the box and move onto the next section.
