Originally, it's a card-based game. There are 2 types of cards: "JOB" & "QUALIFICATION" cards. The JOB cards are what you'll try to 'apply' for to win, & you'll need to use the QUALIFICATION cards to explain why you're the best fit for the job, but you get the QUALIFICATION cards at random & won't know what you'll get ahead of time (adaptability!). You'll do your best with what you're dealt! There will be a mix of serious & absurd "cards" pre-selected & randomized before the start of the game. During the game, the "cards" will show up on the screen through screen share. One "Employer" will be selected at a time, while everyone else is an "Applicant." First, each 'Applicant' will need explain to the current 'Employer' why they should be hired for the chose JOB. Then, the 'Employer' chooses who they think is the best candidate! Whoever wins the most JOBs by the end of the game wins!!

The current JOB up is Nanny. The first QUALIFICATION 'card' you get is Six-Pack. "I'm telling you, I'm the best choice for this Nanny position because (card is revealed)... I have a six-pack! Which means I'm fit enough to run around with your kids & keep an eye on them at all times, & I'm strong enough to handle whatever they throw at me. Plus, my six-pack can scare away burglars, so your kids are safe with me!" Next QUALIFICATION card is Always On Edge. "I'd also be a great Nanny because (next card is revealed)... I'm ALWAYS on edge. That's actually great because being so anxious & on edge, I'm always very aware of my surroundings & have a great attention to detail. So, no matter how sneaky those bundles of joy can be, nothing will get past me.  Your kids are guaranteed to be safe with me!"
