Sippican Tennis Club Membership Application 2024 (and for any Social application for the remainder of 2023)
To be considered for membership at STC, please complete this online form, and submit supporting letters under separate cover. Any applicants waitlisted last year may reapply by submitting a new online form. (If all information remains the same, complete just the first five questions; if any proposer and/or sponsor has changed between last year and this year, be sure to submit letters from those new supporting members.)

Proposers are ultimately responsible for ensuring all materials are received by March 1, 2024 (Social member applicants will still be considered on a rolling basis in 2023). Late and incomplete applications will not be considered. Be sure to refer to the Application Guidelines on the STC website under "Become a Member" to review all application requirements, definitions and deadlines. A Reminder About Proposers and Sponsors (next few questions):
Members may only support one Family or Senior application each year, so please make sure members understand this when they commit to supporting this application. (Please don't just type in names assuming they can/will support this application.) Members may not propose or sponsor applications for immediate family members. Proposers and sponsors on one application may not be members from the same immediate family. Members of the Board and Membership Committee may not propose or sponsor applicants.
