This form is for NEW TO DFA students ONLY. All existing DFA students are already entitled to at least 1 free online class per week.

Thank you for expressing interest in signing up for our online dance class! With the current promotion, students can attend an additional online lesson of similar age group/competency level every week. This means that students get to attend 2 classes every week!

Fees:
$85/month (4+4 lessons)

Simply just fill up this form and our staff with get back to you within 3-5 working days.
