8:30-8:45: Meet at the driveway in front of the gymnasium entrance.  

 - Setup Crew

 - Table: Check In/Concessions/SWAG

 - Runners

 - Volunteer Assistant

 - Volunteer Lead


9 A.M. Arrival: 

 - Wheelchair Volunteer Athletes

 - Athlete Manager

 - Audience Engagement

 - Equipment Managers

 - Scoreboard/ Clock

 - Check in/Donation 

 - Door Manager

 - Scoreboard / Shot Clock


1:00 P.M. Start

 - Break Down Crew
