Oamaru Intermediate School Strategic Planning 
Our Board is planning for the future of our school. This is part of our legal obligations and is called ‘Strategic Planning’. The process takes time and involves more than just the Board of Trustees, it also provides a great opportunity for you to have an input into the future of your school, specifically what will happen over the next five years.

We want to determine the ‘Vision’ and the main ‘Strategic Goals' or ‘Themes’ so that we have a clear, exciting direction for the next five years. Naturally, everything will be channelled towards ongoing improvement in Teaching, Learning & Achievement as well as the look of our school environment.

Your input is vital and appreciated. There will be two main opportunities for you to provide this.
