We are pleased to announce to you that as of Monday, September 11,2023, we have upgraded the Invoice & Notice of Arrival’s request form in our website https://id.one-line.com, to include the “Tax Invoice request” feature.
Previous Form Name : Invoice and Notice of Arrival (NOA) Request.
NEW Form Name (eff. 11 Sep 2023) : Invoice and Notice of Arrival (NOA) and Tax Invoice Request.
Customers can now fully utilized this newly enhanced form for a range of activities including:
1. Invoice requests (designed to request all Invoices related to ONE shipment)
2. NOA (Notice of Arrival) requests (designed to request NOA of ONE shipment); and
3. Tax Invoice requests <NEW> - designed specifically for customers who require tax- related (FAKTUR PAJAK) documents.
You can access the form by following the steps outlined below.
