Please use this form to register for Shabbat services at BCC on Saturday, May 20 at 10 AM.

Fully vaccinated people - BCC members and new friends! - can join us in person.  We require proof of vaccination. f we have your proof of vaccination on file, you do not need to provide it again. If you have not already shown your vaccination to BCC, please bring it with you in person. A volunteer will take a picture of it. I

If you aren't a BCC member or live with one, we require you to include your address and phone number. This will help us with contact tracing, should the need arise. We also ask that you bring some form of ID with you to services.

People in attendance are not required to wear a mask. However, we encourage you to wear a medical-grade mask (surgical mask, KF94, KN 95, or N95.) Service leaders will not wear a mask when on the bimah.

We are not quite ready to resume the dairly potluck in May, but June ....!
