Payment information will be emailed to you upon your acceptance to the tournament.  You will have two weeks to pay your bid fee and confirm your spot. *

Please indicate that you understand the inclement weather policy, including the information about: 1) how we will prioritize accommodating teams, 2) split site logistics, 3) competition structure, and 4) expectations around communication. This policy is intended to help us deliver the best experience possible to teams in the event of inclement weather. *
If my team drops from the event after the 50% refund deadline, I understand that in order to submit a bid to a future Without Limits event, I will be required to pay an extra $50 deposit. The $50 deposit will be returned to me at the end of the event. *
Our team agrees to abide by any COVID-19 protocols outlined by USA Ultimate and Without Limits. *
