LZ Student Code of Conduct
Please read over this contract with your student and make sure they understand fully what is expected of them.

I understand that the purpose of attending the Learning Zone is to: Glorify God, Honor my parents,
Obtain the maximum benefit from my classes, Learn to be a leader, Be an encouragement to others
and Have fun!

With this in mind, I agree to participate fully in all my classes. This includes doing my assignments to the best of my ability. *
I will gladly conduct myself, in speech and in actions, in such a way that I bring honor to my parents. I will demonstrate respect to everyone: students, staff, parents and others in authority. I will guard my tongue and be careful not to use coarse language, or curse and I will not misuse God’s name *
I understand that I may not l eave the Tates Creek Christian Church property unless given permission by a LZ teacher or adult in charge. *
I understand that I must show respect for the Tates Creek Christian Church facility and equipment at all times. I will promptly and cheerfully obey any directions given by Tates Creek Christian Church Staff, as well as all LZ teachers and parents. I will not damage or be careless with property. I will pick up after myself. *
I understand that I may not participate in any illegal, immoral or unhealthy activity of any kind while at LZ classes or events. *
I understand that violations of this Code of Conduct and/or other rules specified by LZ teachers or an adult in charge may result in the following:
a) Removal from class (to complete copy work assignments) *
b) Temporary dismissal (sent home for the day) *
c) being sent home for the remainder of the semester without refund *
d) paying the costs or repairs in the event of damage/destruction of property *
