The information you provide in this form will be used solely for dealing with you as a member of Looe SailingClub. The Club will post a membership list within the premises. This will include member’s names and will be visible to all members, guests and authorities monitoring the clubs licence *

Membership Information

If you require 2 or 3 adult memberships in the same household please pay the relevant fee multiplied by the number requierd. You can enter all the names on a single form

Adult (£40 if paid prior to 01/02/23 £50 hereafter)

Junior/Student (£25 before 01/02/23, £30 thereafter, Under 18 or in FT Education. An adult / guardian must also be a member with Juniors. )

Family (£95 before 01/02/23, £110 thereafter, Parents & Gurdians with Children )

Senior Citizen (£25 before 01/02/23, £30 thereafter)

In compliance with the Clubs Licence New members must be proposed and seconded by current club members. Applications will be reviewed at the next Committee meeting before membership can be granted

Please reference payments with the Name of Member 1 or pllace this name on the Reverse of your cheque

Payments must be received by 31/01 to qualify for the published reduced rate
