*THIS IS THE REGISTRATION FORM FOR SERVING ONES.

Serving One should:
-Be baptized.
-Attend church meetings regularly.
-(For classroom teams) Attend the lessons training time on Saturday, 4/13/2019 10:00am to 2:00pm.
-Attend the mandatory orientation meeting Lord's Day 5/5/2019 1:00-2:00pm.
-Attend the set up time on Lord’s Day, 6/2/2019 at 3:00pm .
-Attend the prayer time on Wednesday 6/5/2019 at 6:00pm.
-Pay registration fee of $20. $15 for each additional serving one/Bible Camp child in the same family.
*Young People who would like to serve must have prior consent from their Young People serving ones.

Registration Deadlines:
For Serving Ones - April 28, 2019
For Children - May 19, 2019
Children of friends and gospel contacts are still welcome to register on-site after May 19, 2019.
