The Tournament of Champions (TOC) is a public service provided by the University of Kentucky Intercollegiate Debate Program, and the premier forum for the best competitors in high-school Speech & Debate. We are committed to expanding outreach and access to Speech & Debate programs facing economic hardship, thanks to generous donations from our supporters. School-approved coaches, faculty members, and/or administrators may request assistance for fully qualified entries to the 2025 TOC starting January 1.
