Lisbon Meal Survey
The Lisbon Community School District is collecting information from families in order to plan and prepare meals for those interested in breakfast and lunch service during this unexpected school closure. This service is free to any Lisbon CSD students age 1-18. We ask that EACH FAMILY complete the survey to indicate their interest (or lack thereof) so that we know all are accounted for.
