國立臺北教育大學「2023英文宣傳影片徵選比賽」報名表單

一、報名資格Eligible：

  1. 本校在學學生（含研究生），不含在職生。學生可組隊參加，不限制組隊人數。
    NTUE students (including graduate students, CLEC students), students can make up a team to participate, with no limit in the number of partners.

  2. 組隊學生請填寫線上報名申請表並於截止時間內將影片及相關同意書傳至指定信箱。
    Please fill out the form for participation by October 24, 2022; Send the video to the assigned email account by November 16, 2022

二、活動規劃與時間Scheduled time：

  1. 報名Application：~112/10/25 (Wed)
  2. 影片上傳期限Video upload period：~112/11/12 (Sun)
  3. 人氣票選Video upload period：112/11/15 (Wed)~112/11/30 (Thu)
  4. 得獎公布Result announcement：112/12/6 (Wed)

三、比賽獎項

  1. 第一名1組／獎金新台幣8,000元，及團隊每人獎狀 1 張。
  2. 第二名1組／獎金新臺幣6,000元，及團隊每人獎狀 1 張。
  3. 第三名1組／獎金新臺幣4,000元，及團隊每人獎狀 1 張。
  4. 佳作2組／獎金新臺幣1,000元，及團隊每人獎狀1張。

    For First prize: NTD 8,000, Second prize: NTD 6,000, Third prize: NTD 4,000, and for two Excellent Works:  NTD 1,000 per group. 
    主辦方得視團隊組數及作品品質，各獎項未達評審認定標準者，獎項得予以從缺。

四、其他說明 Others

  1. 同學報名成功時，我們會回傳報名成功信件。
  2. 可跨系(所)組隊參加，參賽作品創作與設計須為原創，不得有抄襲、仿冒、剽竊、冒名或侵犯他人著作權之情況，且該作品未參加過其他比賽或公開。
  3. 請注重著作權相關事宜，配樂請務必以可公播之作品為限。
  4. 得獎之作品須無償讓與本處所有，徵得獎作品著作財產權歸主辦單位所有；未經本處同意，不得再參加其他相同型式之競賽或甄選，避免衍生智慧財產權爭議。未獲選者，著作人仍保有其個人著作財產權等權利。
  5. 若經檢核後英文或中文字幕有誤，請於活動前後協助更正之。
  6. 請於上傳作品時同時上傳：
  • 「著作權授權同意書」
  • 「肖像權使用同意書」

    After you complete the application form, we'll send a confirmation letter.

    Please fill out the following forms when you upload your video:

    1.   Copyright disclaimer and transfer agreement

    2.   Authorization letter for use of portrait

    No plagiarism, counterfeiting, infringement of other works, and no publication before.

    Please follow the copyright rules of background music.

    We will own the property of the video, and publish or post it in different forms. Once you win the contest, then this video cannot take part in other contests or activities.

    If we, Division of International Affairs have found any error of EN subtitle after the contest, please revise while we asked.
