Echocardiography Laboratory and Diagnostics Institute of Asia, Inc. or Echolab.ph offers basic sonography training to those who want to learn the basic knowledge and hone their skills in acquiring and processing echocardiographic studies. This special training is for allied medical graduates who wish to broaden their horizon and maximize their potential for professional growth in the field of echosonography.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in any field from a recognized college or university, preferably in medical or allied fields.
- A fully accomplished Application Form
- Recent passport sized color ID pictures – 2 pieces
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Marriage Certificate, if applicable
- Copy of College Diploma
- Endorsment Letter/Confirmation of Sponsorship (from sponsoring institution if applicable)
