The current coronavirus crisis has had a huge impact on the charity and social sectors, with many having to adapt their services rapidly to ensure they continue to support their communities but also are still able to run. A few months in, many organisations are considering how to restructure, rebuild, and plan for an uncertain future. This situation has thrown up many new challenges and considerations for charities, with many having to consider a whole new way of working.
ELBA are facilitating a series of online business planning consultancy sessions for Hackney-based community partners - the chance to work with a small team of corporate business volunteers on a business strategy/planning related challenge you are facing. You'll be able to use the time in this session to ask for advice and brainstorm as a team as to how to address your specific challenge, with the aim to leave with an action plan of next steps and ideas that you can take back to your organisation to implement.
Business challenges may include:
- help with reviewing and clearly articulating your Vision, Mission, Values and Objectives
- support with developing & reviewing a business plan
- considering how to make your organisation economically sustainable
- considering how to adapt your programmes and services to the ‘new normal’
To register your interest, please fill out the form below - a member of ELBA staff will be in touch after this with regards to next steps & logistics. There are limited spaces and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any questions about the session please contact Sheetal:
