Hello Parents and Guardians,

Your child's school has partnered with the Student Assistance Program to provide a free drop in zoom room for your child to have the opportunity to participate in a social/emotional activity and to get information on how to cope during this time. They will also learn how to incorporate mindfulness into their daily activity to help with self-care.

The goal of this zoom drop in room will provide a safe place for students to come and express social distancing concerns and support one another during this time. It will also provide your child with the skills needed to positively engage in conversations as well as deal with the current educational situation as it stands.

Drop in times:

Grades k-2      - Wednesday  from  2:20pm - 2:50pm
Grades 3-4      - Thursday      from  2:20pm - 2:50pm
Grades 5-6      - Wednesday  from  3:00pm - 3:30pm
Grades 7-8      - Wednesday  from  1:20pm - 1:50pm
Grades 9-10    - Thursday      from  1:20pm - 1:50pm
Grades 11-12  - Thursday      from  3:00pm - 3:30pm
