~ALL food vendors MUST have a Connecticut State Department of Health Certificate, please submit a current copy to gonorwichct@gmail.com.
~ALL food vendors not having a DOH certificate and Insurance on file with the Committee before parade day.
~ALL vendors must have liability insurance that covers Norwich Events Organization as additionally insured.
