Hello! Thank you for taking interest in the IDEA Lab Mentorship program. With this program, we are hoping to connect underclassmen, upperclassmen, and faculty from both visual and performing arts in pairs to discuss any aspect of an artistic practice. Minorities previously put at a disadvantage will be given priority when assigning pairs.

All are welcome to apply to be mentees but only faculty and upperclassmen are eligible to apply as mentors. While this is mostly on a volunteer basis, the hours are extremely flexible and IDEA Lab is sponsoring $30 worth of refreshments and snacks for every meeting.

This form is non-binding so if you are interested but unsure if you can commit, please apply! We are hoping to have at least 25 groups and the form will cut off when there are 50 mentors and 50 mentee applications.
