This survey is on behalf of the California Southern Baptist Convention's Women's Ministry Network.  The results will help us to better provide resources and encouragement to women in ministry leadership as we ENGAGE, ENCOURAGE, and EQUIP women in ministry in their churches. It is for Women's Ministry leaders, Minister's Wives, Children's Ministry Directors, Youth Leadership, and other women in ministry leadership. It is an anonymous survey.
