BEFORE SCHOOL: 7:30 – Start of school

Morning program will include daily devotions. There will be time for students to gather with friends, play outside, and your family can beat the morning traffic rush!

AFTER SCHOOL: End of school – 6:00pm

Afternoon program will be a structured experience focused on fun and enrichment.

2:45 – 3:30:    Indoor/outdoor free play (rain or shine)
3:30 – 4:30:    STEAM and Enrichment activities
4:30 – 5:30:   Games, indoor/outdoor play
5:30 – 6:00:    Late Pick-up

REGISTRATION is open to CPCS Students K-6*, subject to availability. Students must be registered prior to use. *NOTE: Kindergarten students must be enrolled in all-day kindergarten program and must be 5-years old.

AM Session is a flat fee of $5.00

PM Session is a fixed rate:

$5.00 pick-up before 3:30 pm  
$12.50 pick-up at 4:30 pm
$20.00 pick-up at 5:30 pm
$25.00 pick-up at 6:00 pm
 
Registration is required, no drop-ins are permitted. A $20 late pick-up fee will be applied if student is still present 10-minutes after the registered pick-up time.

Upon registration, a Materials Fee of $85 per semester will be billed to your student's tuition account.

*NOTICE* When you register for Extended Care, you will be billed for the session regardless of use. We provide materials, staffing and activities based on your registration and expected student attendance. Extended Care billing will be managed through the FACTS system and fees will be applied to your student's tuition account. Billing is processed by semester.

Registration can be updated one time per semester, and only upon request. Updates to your registration will be effective the first Monday of the following month.

By selecting SUBMIT at the end of this registration form, you agree to the fees outlined above which are associated with the Extended Care program. Registration and Materials fees will be billed to your student account. By clicking SUBMIT, you are financially responsible for the days/times you have selected in this registration form. Upon registration,  your materials fee will be applied to your account.  Session fees will be applied on the 1st of each month,  late pickup fees will be applied within the week that a fee is accrued.
