Please complete this form to apply for our U13 T2-3-4 Tournament October 7 - 10, 2022.

Applications will be accepted until September 25, 2022 with decision on teams selected by September 30, 2022. If your team is selected you will have 48 hours to e-transfer the tournament fee of $1,350.00 or 5 business days to send a cheque to hold your spot. If you are unable to do this - your spot may be given to the team next on the waiting list. DO NOT BLOCK hotel rooms until your acceptance is confirmed.
