Hartnell College Nano Programming Summer Academy is a week-long program from July 29- August 3rd, from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at the King City Education and Soledad Education Center from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. It is a great opportunity to learn about the wonderful field of computer science and coding. This program is designed for students who may be interested in pursuing an associates and/or bachelors degree in Computer Science, don't know where to start , need to improve their coding skills and/or would like to get a basic understanding of computer science before taking your first computer science course in Fall 2024. All are welcome to apply.

This is a FREE opportunity sponsored by Chevron for students to learn the basic fundamentals of computer science. Our program consists of a 6 day model and at the end of the week, students attending all sessions will obtain a certificate of completion, an award stipend of ( $100*) and hopefully be excited to be on track towards a Computer Science Degree.

Students that attend both the Summer AND sign up for CSS-1- 6121 at King City this Fall will receive an extra stipend in addition to the original amount. (100*)
