Goddard High School Library                             Textbook Form  2020-2021
This form is to protect you from having to buy a new textbook that is worth between $60 to $120, depending on the book.  If you report damages now, you will not be held accountable for them later. If damages are found at the end of the semester (or year) that were not reported, you will be charged for them. If you lose the book you will also be charged the full replacement value.
