This interest form lets us know how many kindergarten siblings we can expect for next school year, which in turn allows us to determine the number of openings we have in our kindergarten program for new, non-sibling, kindergartners. We will also use the information you provide us as a way to follow up with you once the official 2021/2022 Registration takes place in Spring 2021.

Please know that completing this interest form does NOT register your child in our school for the 2021/2022 school year. It simply makes us aware of your intent to register during our *official 2021/2022 student registration.

*Official 2021/2022 student registration will take place in Spring 2021. During that time you will need to complete all required forms and documentation in its entirety for your child to be considered officially enrolled for the 21/22 school year.
