2024 Google Summer of Code Organization Payment Request
Please use this form to request payment (or no payment) from Google for Org stipends. Payment will include:

- $500 per GSoC contributor for your organization called the 'org stipend'.

(possible)$1200 travel stipend for 1 delegate to attend 2024 GSoC Mentor Summit. If no delegate from your org attends the 2024 Mentor Summit, no travel stipend will be issued to your org.

(possible) $700 travel stipend if your org is granted an additional delegate slot for a 2nd person to attend the
2024 GSoC Mentor Summit (from the waitlist).

We will only issue one payment per org. We can not divide the payments.

We will issues all of your org's stipends after all of your projects have concluded. We will issue another travel stipend payment at the end of October to orgs who have only 8-16 week projects and had a delegate(s) attend the Mentor Summit.

Using a Fiscal Sponsor? (Software Freedom Conservancy, SPI, Linux Foundation, NumFOCUS, Open Collective, etc.) you do not need to complete this form but you do need to make sure you have contacted the appropriate person at the Fiscal Sponsor to let them know you wish for the to accept the funds for your org -- and be sure to send them this form so they can complete the form listing all of the mentoring orgs they will be accepting funds for.

This form needs to be completed by Monday, May 13th so that we can send out the unique Payoneer GSoC org registration links to the orgs that need them. Thanks.

If your org DOES NOT have a Payoneer account or has a Payoneer account that is not linked to GSoC, you may skip the remaining questions and submit this form now.  The person responsible for receiving payment for your org will receive a special registration link from us on May 15 to register.
