FA23 Contract Form

1. Review the guidelines for Honors Contracts.

2. Discuss the Honors program and project process to the professor of the potential honors course and direct them to Honors Faculty to find out more.

3. Review this video with your professor, fill out this form.

4. You will be notified via email if your contract has been approved or denied.

5. Your project should be completed before finals week. During finals week we will contact the professor of the course for approval of your completed project.
