Private Scout Workshop Request Form
Youth or Scout workshops can be scheduled for groups as small as 10 participants and are 1 - 2 hours in length depending on age group and topic. A minimum 2-weeks advanced notice is required when requesting a private workshop. Private workshops are $8/person (daytime), $15/person (evening) and $24/person for Environmental Science Workshops (daytime only). For every 10 youth participants that are registered, 1 chaperone is admitted for free.  Workshop fees must be received 2 weeks before the program.

Admission to the zoo must be purchased separately and is required to get to any daytime programs. Evening programs do not require admission to the zoo.

Due to time, resources and space, we cannot guarantee that you will meet every requirement for a given merit badge or patch. Zoo Knoxville does not provide the badge or patch itself.

How many adults will be attending the program?  One chaperone is required for each group of 10 children regardless of their age.  Only adults who paid the program cost will be able to attend the workshop.
