3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE PROPOSED EVENT DATESTEP 1: Complete this form
STEP 2: President receives form and circulates to the Board for approval
STEP 3: Once Board approves, President notify member of approval - member is responsible for making marketing materials to share with the board to use for social media and email.
STEP 4: 1 week out send out invitation / newsletter / email and schedule social media leading up to event
STEP 5: RSVP cuts off 2 days prior to event. Attendee list is finalized.
