I've pulled together some of the resources I have access to in a way to connect and give you an opportunity to experience what I have been doing.  Working out from home!  
Added value:  I also host two (2) virtual yoga classes per week as a way to offer relaxation during these times.
I only have access to certain full-length teasers for each program but wanted to bring together a community to motivate, inspire, create friendships and sweat together.  
I am also including a week of my meal plans that I offer groups to give you some new ideas.
