Bidding Open - Monday, November 21, 2022 - 12pm EST

Bidding Closes - Monday, December 19, 2022 - 12pm EST

No additional bids may be placed once the auction is declared closed.

The highest qualifying bid (i.e. bid that complies with all terms & conditions) wins the item.

A bid is not considered valid unless a BIDDER INFORMATION FORM has been submitted PRIOR to a bid. The Bidder Information Form only needs to be submitted once by a bidder and will apply to all items and bids placed by the individual. 

All sales final: All sales are final, there are no exchanges, and all items are sold “as is.” No refunds will be given after purchase. 

Starting Bid - The first bidder must place a bid amount that is equal to or exceeds the starting bid.

Minimum Raise - The subsequent bidders must place bids that are a certain amount higher than the previous bid. Again, this depends on the item’s value. Bids placed that do not adhere to raise increments will be VOID

Once a bid has been entered, it is considered FINAL. No individual bid may be changed, altered, or withdrawn once received.  

Legal age restrictions apply (on items such as liquor or wine). A valid ID will be necessary to purchase items with age restrictions.

Upon winning an item, the winning bidder will be contacted via email or phone by December 19, 2022 - 4pm EST

The buyer is responsible for payment, in full, for item(s) by December 21, 2022 - 4pm EST. Payments to be made by credit card. 

If any item is left unpaid by the above mentioned date, it will become property of Everest Academy and may be resold or awarded to the next highest bidder. 

Buyers are responsible for the pickup of items from Everest Academy. Shipping will not be available. Please note that pickup will not be available between December 23rd - January 8th due to Holiday Closure. 

Tax receipts will be made available upon request, following Government of Canada rules and regulations for eligibility.
