VIDA 2021-22 Magnet Participation Agreement/Acuerdo de participación para la escuela especializada VIDA 2021-22
My child will attend VIDA in the 2021-22 school year.  As a family, we agree to adhere to the VIDA Magnet Participation Agreement requirements found below. We will work together to make sure that our student understands what is expected of him/her. We understand that being part of a specialized magnet program requires extra effort to get the most out of the experience being provided.

Academic/Behavior:
We are looking forward to building on the success of all students. Since we are working together to ensure the success of your child, if a problem arises, we will work together to find the best solution.

To confirm your enrollment for 2021-22 school year, please ensure that you complete this Google Form by March 1, 2021 for RETURNING STUDENTS. New-to-VIDA students have 72 hours following admission to return.

Mi hijo/a asistirá a VIDA para el año escolar 2021-22. Como familia estamos de acuerdo de cumplir con los requisitos incluidos a continuación en el Acuerdo de Participación de VIDA. Trabajaremos juntos para asegurarnos que nuestro estudiante entienda lo que se espera de él/ella. Entendemos que ser parte de un programa especializado requiere un esfuerzo adicional para sacar el máximo provecho de la experiencia que se proporciona.
