How to write a great abstract?
A good description of how to write and structure a great abstract, check:
https://findsandfeatures.wordpress.com/2011/12/04/how-to-write-an-abstract-for-a-conference-paper/

Things to keep in mind, Spaces Summit:
- is an internal conference, the audience is your IT colleagues
- is recorded, and published to YouTube. Keep company secrets out of your talk
- has no programming committee;
-- the attendees decide which talks are accepted by voting on the submitted abstracts
-- during the voting, the abstracts are anonymous, no details about the speakers are provided to the attendees
-- the organizers create the conference schedule based on the most voted abstracts (taking into account the balance of attendees interests with talk topics)

Title of your talk *
Come up with a snappy title. This is part of the plan to make your work look interesting to others – if the title looks interesting, one presumes the talk will be too. Crowdsourcing ideas is a great way to come up with interesting talk titles, if your brain refuses to think of anything suitable. Don't include personal details like your name, your team, your application. Focus on the problem, solution, and your goal of the talk, in a funny and/or actionable way (max. 100 chars)
Abstract of your talk *
General idea of your abstract. Don't include personal details like your name, your team, your application. Focus on the problem, solution, and your goal of the talk (max. 1000 chars)
Topic of your talk *
Which topic of interest does your talk touch? Keep in mind that, the more focused your topic is, the easier it's for you to create your talk, as you can focus more on the specific audience
Level of your talk *
What's the level of knowledge in the specific topic, that your audience needs, to be able to grasp your talk
Does your talk include (live) demo's? *
Which format(s) fits your talk best? *
As the attendees votes decide the acceptance of the talks, we as organizers have to fit your talk into the schedule somehow. Select the types of formats you could fit your talk into
Required
Why are you the best person to present this talk? *
Keep it short, factional, don't include personal details like your name, your team, your application. But if 3 people submit abstracts about the same topic as you, why should they choose yours (max. 300 chars)
Would you like help with preparing your presentation? *
Anything else you want to share with us?
Share your awesomeness
When you submit your abstract, we expect you to start creating the actual talk!
Keeping in mind the different formats you selected.

Don't wait till you actually get accepted, use the time to perfect your talk, practice it with your team, friends, and family. The quality of the talk is your responsibility.

Therefore, start creating your actual talk directly after submitting your abstract!
Even if you don't want to present it at other conferences or meetups, other internal knowledge sharing sessions are still the perfect place to share your awesomeness!
Would you like to present this also at other conferences/meetups besides Spaces Summit? *
If your abstract gets accepted for Spaces Summit, or not, either way, would you like to present it at other conferences/meetups? If yes, then we will pass your abstract on to Techlab, so they can contact you when they have a meetup or a conference that your abstract would be a great fit for. Of course, outside Techlab, you can also submit your abstract to conferences/meetups of your choice, the Techlab people are happy to help you with that
