NOVEMBER / DECEMBER, 2021 SIGN-UP for One City Elementary School Before/After school care: for 5K & Up families
To determine how many staff may be needed to assist with Before/After school care at our Elementary School only at 1707 W. Broadway in Monona, please indicate if your child/ren will be participating in our care program below between November 8th - December 17th, 2021.

PERTINENT DETAILS:

Classroom schedule for Elementary students:
HALF DAY: Mondays 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
FULL DAY: Tuesdays thru Fridays 8:00 AM –  4:30 PM

No fees will be accessed if your child/ren arrives to school after 7:50 AM each school morning, picked up by 4:45 PM each school afternoon (Tues-Fri) and/or picked up by 12:45 PM each half-day Monday.

Morning BIKE CREW (children's bikes supplied), table activities, snow-shoeing in the winter, etc
7:00 – 7:45 AM, Monday - Friday

*AFTER-School Care: with Ms. Sydney T., 5K Assistant Teacher
Supervised play
4:45 – 5:30 PM, Tuesday - Friday

*Half Day / Early-release Care: with Ms. Sydney T., 5K Assistant Teacher
Sports, table activities, exploration, etc
12:30 - 5:30 PM, Mondays ONLY

*FEES WILL BE ACCESSED TO ALL FAMILIES if/when utilizing Before or After School Care (unless your child is in is in quarantine due to COVID19)

To keep in line with Dane County market rates -- not to mention our Staff/Teachers are already working longer hours and longer school days -- please note the following fee schedules:

BEFORE School Care: Monday thru Friday, exclusive. You can not choose select days.
$40/week flat
$65/week flat family rate if you have 2 or more children enrolled at Elementary School

AFTER School Care: Early-release Monday thru Friday, exclusive. You can not choose select days.
$75/week flat
$125/week flat family rate if you have 2 or more children enrolled at Elementary School

**LATE FEES: $20 for every 10 minutes you pick up after 5:30 pm.**

Last minute DROP-IN care may not be available. We must have an accurate count of students who will utilizing and needing this care to ensure we have the adequate number of staff available to supervise the students.

If you qualify for WISCONSIN SHARES (https://dcf.wisconsin.gov/wishares/apply), those funds CAN be used towards our Before/After School care. We strongly encourage you to apply.

You will have the opportunity to sign-up in advance each month (or semester) . Fees will also be collected in advance, via ACH, when possible.

Your phone number will be added to "REMIND AFTER-SCHOOL classroom" so that you can communicate directly to staff on-call.
