We are looking for an IT Professional who will support a number of small to medium size client accounts.

The IT Professional Will Be Responsible For

• Managing and optimizing client I.T Infrastructure (desktops, laptops, smartphones, printers, tablets etc)
• Provide Remote Assistance and work on technical troubleshooting.
• Proactively reach out to customers and provide assistance, in case it is needed
• Document install and configuration procedures
• Daily administration / maintenance of existing I.T systems (dialers, elastix, backups, etc)
• Administration / maintenance of companies web sites
• Ensure standard information technologies methodologies and best practices are followed as per company’s standards and procedures.
