Thank you for your interest in our Summer Camp! We look forward to providing an exciting and fun, hands-on learning experience! At this time, we are opening reservations for families wanting to secure a spot for a bundled session.

PLEASE NOTE: Because space is limited, the submission of this form does not guarantee attendance. We accept members on a first-come, first-serve basis, however, we will prioritize based on the numerical order of the submitted responses.

EVENT POLICY AND PROCEDURES: Please check to acknowledge the following: *

I understand space is limited and for safety precautions, only 12 spots are allotted per class. Submission of the form does not guarantee admission. If my reservation is submitted within the allowed maximum, the paid Registration/Supply fee will solidify my child's admission to attend.

Discovery Camp is 3 hours. Starting together is important for the cohesion of the session. Prompt drop-off and pickup is appreciated.

Age-appropriate toys will be available in the learning stations. For safety and hygienic reasons we ask that children refrain from bringing their own toys to the studio.

This is a drop-off enrichment camp. Parents are free during this time!

Medications will not be administered by studio staff.

Please make sure your child is potty trained, without adult assistance. We do not provide diaper changing service, nor assist with using the restroom.

I understand that no-contact temperature checks will be provided, along with the opportunity for hand washing/hand sanitizer breaks.

I acknowledge that masks are not required, yet highly encouraged.

A COVID screening questionnaire will be conducted 48hrs prior to the first day of camp.

We will continue to closely monitor the cases in the community, making adjustments to meet the unique needs and circumstances in our area, as necessary.
