Please complete this form if you wish to apply for open enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year. For students that will be new to our district this year, please email a copy of the applicant's most recent report card. If you attended the district in 2022-2023 school year, you do not need to submit any documents.
If a new applicant is on an IEP, please email us copies of the most recent IEP and ETR as well as the report card. If applicant will be entering grades 10-12, please email a copy of their unofficial transcript as well.

Please remember, Open Enrollment is a privilege and not a right. The Weathersfield Local School District retains the right to remove your student at any time before, during, and after the school year. The Weathersfield Local School District is not required to give a reason or notice. Your child may be removed for the following: Attendance, Attitude, Behavior, Poor Grades, and any reason that the district may deem appropriate for your student’s removal. Your student’s attendance in a previous school year does not guarantee your student a place in the next school year.
Notification of acceptance/denial will be mailed before June 30, 2022.
