Pavilion Party Rental
Please complete this form if you're looking to host a party at Covered Bridge at some point during the 2020 summer season.  Please keep in mind that simply filling out this form does NOT guarantee that the party will be approved.  We will take a look at the party application and compare it to other applications, our summer social schedule, swim team schedule, and staff availability and we will get back to you. These applications will not be reviewed before May 1, 2020. Thank you for your interest in hosting at CBSC!  

Please keep in mind the pricing for parties at CBSC is as follows:

$25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking
$5 fee for EVERY non-member guest (with a cap of $100)

If the party has over 40 guests in attendance, the CBSC board of directors and management reserve the right to adjust pricing as necessary to accommodate for extra staff, etc.
