Please note - The content of all entries should be “family friendly.” The City of College Station and Wolf Pen Creek Park rules forbid nudity, sexually explicit demonstrations, and firearms. Their rules will also be strictly enforced.

* Animals: People may enter with their fully vaccinated and leashed dogs, and are eligible for awards in any of the parade categories. Entries with animals will be required to upload proof of vaccination for each animal participating. Dogs must be on a leash and under handler’s control at all times. Unfortunately, the parade venue cannot accommodate horses, livestock, or other large animals.

* Musicians and Musical Ensembles: Given the size of the venue and parade route, full-sized marching bands will not fit the space. However, smaller ensembles (ie. trombone choir, piccolo(s) & snare drum, brass or wind ensembles, and “bucket drumming,” etc) are an ideal fit and are encouraged. Cadence, rim-shots or drum-stick-hits to keep time for the remainder of the parade route after the musical selection is played, are allowed.

* Wheeled Vehicles: Wheeled vehicles as used here are “human powered, wheeled vehicles'' and include, but are not limited to wheelchairs, strollers, wagons, golf carts, etc.  All vehicles must be able to maintain a walking speed pace during the parade route. Other passenger motorized vehicles (cars, trucks, etc.) cannot be accommodated on the park’s pathways and are not eligible.
