Thanks for your interest in Dance classes this Fall 2022. Please use this form to formally register for the following programs. In addition to the registration form, a Tuition Contract/invoice will be sent with the total cost. Payment is due in full plus a registration fee ($60) however we offer payment plans for our students that are detailed below. Any questions? Call us at 631-271-4626.

EARLY BIRD -JUNE 11-JULY11. DEPOSIT OF $300 PER STUDENT - 15% discount

Payment details:
- Tuition is non-refundable. Once registered this is an agreement that the full amount of the tuition for the year must be paid whether the lessons/classes are completed by a student or not.
- Payment is due in full with registration
- First payment is due with registration for (3) payment plan and $300 deposit plus $60 registration fee is due for
monthly payment plan for 32 -week programs.
- A (10% discount will be applied for multiple programs and/or siblings - no discount shall exceed 15%.
- Payments made with credit card with carry a 3% annual fee which will be added to total
- There is no cost to use Venmo/Paypal if payment is not labeled for goods and services.
