Volunteering Opportunities:
We would love volunteers for as LITTLE or as MUCH time as you can spare. There are 4 main areas we need volunteers. Please indicate which area(s) you are willing to work in below and we will have a volunteer coordinator contact you to work out the time and date details:
Truck Dads (or moms or friends): We transport all the band equipment to games and competitions on the band trucks. This includes loading mornings before a competition/game, driving to and from competitions/games, unloading and loading at the competition/game, and unloading back at school after competitions/games.
Food Crew: the food crew helps feed our kids on game days, before and at competitions and other possible events. The needs are in serving the kids, set up, clean up, making food as well as purchasing food.
Chaperones: this team helps keep an eye on our kids on the buses when they travel to/from games and competitions as well as while at the competition site.
Uniforms: this team helps fit/measure, distribute, manage (at games) and collect uniforms throughout the season.
Food Truck: This is our biggest fundraiser. October 13th. Looking for volunteers to help organize vendors, set up and run the silent auction, get donations, manage the food trucks (handling permits and insurance), and more!
