Hi parents! We are recruiting volunteers for the Fifth Grade Committee for the 2020/2021 school year. This committee requires a large commitment level throughout the year. Please read the description below and fill out the form application if you are interested in being a co-chair. The PTA Exec board will chose the co-chairs based on application.

5th Grade Committee Role Description:

Coordinate the activities of the 5th grade year including the following: Planning the 5th grade trip, coordinating the making and ordering of the 5th grade T-shirts, planning the end of the year 5th grade breakfast which included presenting an end of year gift to the students, gathering and organizing individual and candid photos to create a slideshow, creating a memory book, organizing and creating banners to be displayed in the commons, facilitating a class picture which will be hung in the commons.

Communicate with the PTA board all details of the above events before communicating
to parents or students.

Work with 5th grade staff representatives on the above tasks and maintain good communication
with administration.
